When helpful, I can also connect you with reputable local contractors.

PREPARING TO SELL?
Help your home present well.
I can help with staging consultations, furniture placement and hands-on styling, including sourcing additional furniture and accessories. We can also identify worthwhile painting or finishing work to prepare the property for sale.
The scope and fees are agreed for your property. Additional pieces may be purchased or rented, depending on the plan and availability, with costs agreed separately.

$200 for a two-hour home consultation.
A visit focused on your priorities, possibilities and next steps. Tell me what you are considering and we can work out where to begin.
Additional time is $100/hour, agreed in advance. Staging, further design, sourcing and coordination work are scoped separately. Travel time applies if the visit cannot be coordinated with another appointment.
